"Cancers are weak." Softness on the outside is not the arrangement. Cancer is armoured on the outside and soft within, which is the opposite reading, and cardinal water is one of the most persistent forces in the chart.

"Cancers are clingy." Cancer attaches selectively and slowly. What looks like clinging is usually a sign the attachment has already been made and is being defended.
