What "Aries" actually means

Common misreadings

"Aries is aggressive." Assertive and aggressive are different settings. Aries states a position early; whether it lands as force depends far more on the rest of the chart than on the sun sign.

"Aries can't commit." Aries commits instantly. The difficulty is with the middle of things, not the beginning or the promise.

"Your sun sign is your personality." It is one factor. Your Moon (inner life), rising sign (how you meet the world), and Venus and Mars (how you love and act) can pull a chart a long way from the sun-sign stereotype.
