1. Use of the site

You may use HeyHoroscope for personal, non commercial purposes. You agree not to do the following.

• Scrape, copy, or republish our content without written permission.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its backend.
• Use the site to harass, abuse, or harm anyone.
• Submit false birth data on behalf of someone else without their permission.

2. Accounts

Some features, such as saved natal charts and personalised email, require an account. You are responsible for keeping your sign in link or credentials secure. You can delete your account at any time by contacting us through the contact page.

3. Natal chart purchase ($19.99)

The detailed natal chart PDF is a one time purchase of $19.99 USD; price may vary by region or promotion. Purchase grants you a personal, non transferable licence to view and download your own chart. You may not resell or redistribute the PDF.

Refund policy: because the natal chart is a digital product delivered immediately, all sales are generally final. However, if your chart fails to generate, the data is clearly wrong, or you never received the file, we will refund you in full. Contact us through the contact page and choose billing within 14 days of purchase.

4. Content disclaimer, entertainment only

Horoscopes, natal charts, compatibility readings, and all other content on HeyHoroscope are provided for entertainment and self reflection purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, psychological, or relationship advice. Please do not make important life decisions based solely on what a horoscope says, and consult qualified professionals when you need real help.

5. Intellectual property

All site content, including text, design, code, and images, is copyright HeyHoroscope or its licensors. You retain ownership of any data you provide, such as your birth date; you grant us a limited licence to process it for the purpose of delivering the requested feature.

6. Third party links and services

We link to third parties, including social media and advertising partners. We are not responsible for their content or practices. Their terms and privacy policies apply when you visit them.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The site is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that readings are accurate, complete, or uninterrupted.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HeyHoroscope and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months, which for most readers is zero, since most of HeyHoroscope is free.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on the site. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
