2. AccountsSome features, such as saved natal charts and personalised email, require an account. You are responsible for keeping your sign in link or credentials secure. You can delete your account at any time by contacting us through the contact page.3. Natal chart purchase ($19.99)The detailed natal chart PDF is a one time purchase of $19.99 USD; price may vary by region or promotion. Purchase grants you a personal, non transferable licence to view and download your own chart. You may not resell or redistribute the PDF.Refund policy: because the natal chart is a digital product delivered immediately, all sales are generally final. However, if your chart fails to generate, the data is clearly wrong, or you never received the file, we will refund you in full. Contact us through the contact page and choose billing within 14 days of purchase.4. Content disclaimer, entertainment onlyHoroscopes, natal charts, compatibility readings, and all other content on HeyHoroscope are provided for entertainment and self reflection purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, psychological, or relationship advice. You retain ownership of any data you provide, such as your birth date; you grant us a limited licence to process it for the purpose of delivering the requested feature.6.
