Response times

We aim to answer within two business days. Billing and failed delivery messages are handled first, because those involve someone who has paid and not received what they paid for. If your natal chart PDF failed to generate, say so in the first line and include the email address you used at checkout.

Refunds

The natal chart PDF is a $19.99 digital product delivered immediately, so sales are generally final. If the chart fails to generate, the data is clearly wrong, or you never received the file, we refund in full. Choose the billing category and contact us within fourteen days of purchase.
